Meet the Founder
Pastor Dr. Shana Wise
Shana is an ordained Pastor and CEO of Wise Choice Ministries (est. 2016). She is the founder of The Well Christian Women’s Network formally known as Christian Women Preachers United (est. 2016). Dr. Wise is the author of women’s devotional, Acts of Intercession, The Impact of Your Election, co-author of Basic Ministry Training Manual, and co-author of Chief Women Arise. She received a Doctor of Divinity degree in 2019 from St. Thomas Christian University. Her passion is to teach and preach the gospel of Jesus Christ, equip others to apply the Word to their lives and demonstrate the Word through the power of the Holy Spirit. She is a televangelist that appears on social media outlets. Shana is married to Pastor Ron Wise and is the mother of four children.

The Well Christian Women's Network was formally named Christian Women Preachers United and it was established in 2016 by Pastor Dr. Shana Wise. Her original desire for The Well CWN was to meet and connect with other women in ministry. Over the years, it evolved into a ministry that provided Christian networking, worship services, clergy meetings, women's conferences, community fellowships, a talk show, and a podcast.

The Well CWN vision is to be a global platform and network for women to fellowship, network, worship, and support one another. Our mission is for women to meet regularly in their local cities, towns, and globally through our various ministry events.

Women Alive meetings are held monthly in Jacksonville, Florida These meetings consist of women from various backgrounds, denominations, and diversities gathering to worship Jesus.

Christian Women Preachers Quarterly meetings are geared toward women globally, in ministry, specifically leaders, to support, uplift, and encourage one another. These meetings are held quarterly in-person and online.

Flourish Girls Mentoring Ministry and the Princess and Queens event for girls 8-18 years old, are led by Evangelist Shennette Sparkes with Higher Learning Ministries and Missionary Latisha Ludlow with Wonder Women of Faith.
Flourish mentorship program supports and guides young women to ensure a successful transition into womanhood. This Program will focus on mentorship, skills-building, and spiritual development. Our goal is to provide young women with a safe place to grow mentally, physically, and spiritually. This will result in young women giving their lives to Christ, fewer fights in schools by female students, increased graduation rates & and decreased teen pregnancy rates in Florida through spirituality, sisterhood, and service.

Blessing Through Broken Hearts Grief Support Group
We are supporting women coping with a "New Normal" after grief, trauma, and loss.

BTBH support group connects women who have suffered the same or similar circumstances with those who are suffering now.
Our Mission: To encourage, support, and comfort those in any affliction using the same help we have received from God.

HEAL LEAH Ministries
Pastor Deborah Morrison is the Founder/ CEO of Heal Leah Ministries, Inc. (a women's ministry of hope and restoration, cultivating healing and unleashing their God-given purpose, by embracing the journey to wholeness), brings over 16 years of diverse experience in ministry leadership. Actively engaged in her community, Pastor Deborah spearheads various outreach initiatives. In addition to her ministerial roles, she hosts a weekly Facebook Live broadcast called "Motivational Moments with Pastor Deborah, where the focus is on healing and deliverance in the Word of God.
Pastor Deborah embodies the roles of a dedicated student, teacher, and preacher of God's Word, witnessing lives transformed, minds renewed, and evident deliverance. She identifies herself as a "Repairer of the Breach," carrying a God-given burden to witness women experiencing the same freedom and deliverance she has personally encountered. For Pastor Deborah, the profound satisfaction lies in recognizing that God utilizes our brokenness, initially intended to harm us, to bring healing to countless others. She frequently says "Healing is a journey, not a destination," emphasizing the ongoing and transformative nature of the healing process.

Agape Doulas exists to help girls and women embrace womanhood and be victorious through pivotal life stages: entering into womanhood, finding and marrying their one true soulmate, becoming a mother, and the culmination of fertility, and we recognize that major financial decisions, divorce, and terminal illness are life stages some women have to go through as well.
